Investigations by regulators

Bouwinvest has a licence from the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM) and is therefore subject to continuous supervision by the AFM. Last year, Bouwinvest received several questions/questionnaires relating to valuations and the SFDR.

Fund governance

The Fund is governed by a robust framework with systems and processes to manage risks appropriately.

Bouwinvest has separate mandates from bpfBOUW for the management of international real estate in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region, hotel properties through Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Hotel Fund N.V. and healthcare properties

Manager of the Fund

Bouwinvest is the fund manager of the Fund and as such is responsible for portfolio management and risk management.
